Step by step instructions:

1. Cut the sea view paper to 11 1/2 *11 1/2'' and ink the edges with blue gelato paint. Use yellow gelato to make "sun rays" with mask on the right top corner. Glue the photo as shown and be sure to find the right connection of the sea on your photo to the sea line on the paper.

2.  Hand cut the huge glitter "wave" from another   paper from the same pad and glue it over the photo. Glue all stickers from the pack as shown: some on the background and some on the front, making the big cluster on the left low corner of your page.

3. Cover the bare chipboard with teal glitter embossing powder and glue the title on the front as shown. Add some glaze drops to imitate the water and let it dry. Add some blue and reddish mist near the "sun rays" and trim a sun sticker to fit the corner.
